Essential Functions

 

  • Drive operational efficiency on EDI processes through the following tasks
    • Order entry and account maintenance on multiple procurement platforms.
    • Pricing maintenance on new and existing customer programs.
    • Processing EDI orders and resolving order errors.
    • Monitor order status through the shipping and invoice process to ensure completeness and accuracy.
    • Consult with internal customers to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support of testing when needed.
  • Order entry across multiple product categories and order types
    • Perform efficient and accurate order entry using Oracle, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software: Orders include stock shipments, direct shipments (including apparel embellishment from a 3rd Party vendor), and custom interior products.
    • Support data integrity through an understanding of end-to-end data flows and documentation of the order management processes.
    • Create efficiencies by supporting the development of internal systems, EDI, tools, and processes related to order management.
  • Group Purchasing Organization Support
    • Support of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) agreements through the creation and maintenance of price files, Access reports, and analytics that drive PTC value to GPO members.
    • Assist with the RFP and RFI requests from GPO members, new GPO agreements, and the renewal of current GPO agreements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
