WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our company is currently in search of a motivated and detailed individual to join our Interior Design Team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager serves as a critical link between sales, operations, suppliers, and the client throughout the entire project lifecycle. This individual is responsible for coordinating and overseeing healthcare interior and FF&E projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing logistics, vendor coordination, internal communication, and tracking milestones to ensure customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Pre-Sale Process
    • Pre-Sale Coordination and Support: Collaborate with Sales Director to manage and track all pre-sale activities.
    • Liaise between internal teams and sales.
    • Create and deliver a customer-facing quote.
    • Maintain accurate documentation (delivery schedules, installation plans, punch lists).
    • Track milestones and allocate resources appropriately.

  • Post-Sale Process
    • Project Oversight and Communication: Collect and document weekly updates from Territory Sales Team.
    • Expedite actions to meet delivery deadlines.
    • Maintain communication between Sales Director and sales team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, interiors, or FF&E.
  • Strong understanding of quoting, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Familiarity with healthcare environments and regulatory requirements.
  • A thorough understanding of computer software and programs and the effective use of these computer skills. Experience with and the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and Project Plan are required. Experience with Blue Beam.
  • Ability to interact with customers, sales staff, and other company personnel in a manner that promotes customer retention and creates a positive work culture reflective of Phoenix's commitments.
  • Time management: the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in an oral and written manner.
  • Ability to perform successfully with indirect supervision; self-starter/self-motivated and persistent.
