Order Processing Specialist

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our company is currently in search of a motivated and detailed individual to join our Interiors Team. As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for the processing of customer orders throughout the entire ordering process. You will collaborate with multiple departments throughout the organization including Sales and Accounting. You will also be responsible for the tracking of inventory in our Interiors department.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Process Interiors orders from receipt of customer order to shipment of completed goods.
• Maintain interior item numbers.
• Run credit cards for credit card orders.
• Maintain labor costs.
• Enter POs as needed.
• Maintain and track stock inventory.
• Perform quarterly and year-end inventory reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A thorough understanding of computer software and programs and the effective use of these computer skills. Experience with and the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel are required.
• Ability to interact with customers, sales staff, and other company personnel in a manner that promotes customer retention and creates a positive work culture reflective of Phoenix's commitments.
• Time management: the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate both in an oral and written manner.
• Ability to perform successfully with indirect supervision; self-starter/self-motivated and persistent.
• Accepting of performing repetitive tasks daily.
