Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers by phone concerning orders, contract pricing, returns and replacement orders, shipments and products.
  • Communicate with customers when necessary to advise of shipment delays and/or information necessary to process orders.
  • Initiate tracers with carriers.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining Electronic Data Interchange for customers.
  • Solicit sale of new or additional services.
  • Expedite orders in coordination with purchasing department.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • New Account set up and entry.
  • Order entry from phone, faxed, and emailed orders.
